Nutritionist session #3 — deep dive into stress-eating patterns, nervous system nutrition (magnesium, B6, omega-3 timing), dopamine regulation food protocol. Midpoint GAD-7/ISI re-score sent. Rest and consolidation week.
Clinical midpoint review
Psychiatrist consultation #2 — clinical progress review against Week 1 baseline scores. For clients on prescribed medication, a progress summary is prepared for their treating psychiatrist. CBT micro-techniques introduced for thought interruption. Your path forward discussed clinically and honestly.
Circadian & emotional regulation
Nutritionist session #4 — circadian nutrition protocol: meal timing, light exposure, evening wind-down eating, blood sugar and mood stability. HRV trends reviewed. Emotional regulation journaling framework introduced. This is where the compounding begins to show.
Long-term strategy session
Nutritionist session #5 — exit planning. Long-term maintenance nutrition plan, supplement continuation guide, foods to prioritise and avoid permanently. You leave with an independent protocol you can sustain entirely on your own after Week 8.
